Jesus Reveals His Mission. Luke 4


Point 3: Jesus continues His Ministry despite the people's rejection. Luke 4:28-31


The crowd was incited to violence when they heard Christ's statements. Jesus told them the fact that He, like the prophets, would be rejected by the Jewish people and He would take Salvation to Gentiles just as the prophets had.


They drug Him up a hill to a cliff to kill Him. But He passed through the crowd unharmed.


What comfort and encouragement should we take from this?
